At nineteen I photographed Japanese ceramics for a gallery. They looked plain, until one day I saw how beautiful they were. Most SMEs are the same: their value shows only when you look closely.

I don’t come from a bank, a fund or a consultancy. For over fifteen years I have grown companies from the inside, every year.
